Rexford is currently a lecturer in the Department of Sustainable Energy and Resource at the University of Environment and Sustainable Development in Ghana. Rexford is also completing his PhD in Industrial development with the DST/NRF SARCHI Chair in Industrial development at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. Prior to joining the academy, Rexford worked in the civil society and advocacy space and was engaged in using public service data to strengthen local government systems in Ghana.
