Payment of Fees

Fees are paid annually (comprising semesters 1 and 2). Fresh applicants are required to make one-time full payment to be considered for admission. Only continuing students may pay their fees on a semester-by-semester basis. However, fresh students who want to pay their fees in tranches are allowed to do so upon discussion of their payment plans with the University authorities.

Payment of fees

Fees must be paid in US dollars or an equivalent in Ghana Cedis.

Kindly take note that UESD has not commissioned any Agent to either take a commission or school fees from students. All Recruitment Agents or Facilitators are paid from UESD coffers and not by students. Please do not pay commissions, fees, or any amount to Agents or Facilitators. You may do so at your own risk.

Payment Process

Payments to the University may be done online, by wire, or by direct deposit as outlined below. Should you choose to make payment electronic/online or direct deposit, kindly ensure that your name and student ID number are clearly written on the pay-in-slip. Your pay-in-slip will be required for registration and sometimes, entry into the examination halls.
