Miss. Saraphina Afful during her study programme at Takoradi Technical University had a series of industrial training as a Compliance Department of Tax Enforcement Management (CDEM) officer at the Swedru STO Ghana Revenue Authority for two consecutive times starting from June to August for each year. After going through the three years programme she was awarded with a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Secretaryship and Management studies. She then proceeds to do her national service as an Administrative Assistant at the Faculty of Science and Environment Education at the College of Agriculture Education of the University of Education, Winneba.
She did a voluntary service for half a year as an Administrative Assistant and was given an opportunity to become a Nation Builders Corp (Nabco) personnel for the year 2019 to 2020. She is currently working at the newest University (University of Environment and Sustainable Development) as an Administrative Assistant at the Library department.
