Working with different public and private sector organizations such as University of Portsmouth Business School, University of Ghana Business School, Multisoft Solutions and FREFMEF Group Limited offered me an opportunity to acquire both administrative and technical skills. The experiences gained from the two universities further enhanced my understanding of tertiary education governance structures and operations. FREFMEF and Multisoft Solutions gave me an appreciation of the private sector work environment where I have demonstrated capabilities in client management, partnership and stakeholder management, accounting and business development.
