Mr. Michael Osei-Owusu currently serves as the Head of Payroll, Pensions and Projects at the University of Environmental and Sustainable Development, Somanya (UESD). Prior to joining the UESD, he worked as the Liaison Officer for the University of Ghana.
He has rich experience in Public Sector Accounting, Payroll Management, and Management Accounting. In-depth knowledge and experience in budget preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation activities as well as advising on Government policy relating to payroll and subvention. Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
