List of sponsors and awards at UESD 1st Congregation
More than 24 awards were presented to deserving graduates at the first-ever UESD Congregation:
- Maxwell Boakye, a graduate in Environment and Public Health, received over 10 awards, including the Overall Best Graduating Student Award, donated by Endpoint Homeopathic Clinic.
- Portia Teye Korleki, a graduate in Energy Sustainability, received the Overall Best Award for Female Performing Student and three other awards, donated by El Hostel.
- Other award recipients include: Ofori-Amanfro Boateng: Danso Agyei Award. Esther Appah; Emmanuella Akuamoah-Boateng; Richard Kwasi Padi; Elliot Nyarko; Elikplim; Nana Abena Gyamfi Kyewaa; and Ransford Boadu.
SRC Presidents’ Special Awards:
Special awards were presented to the three SRC Presidents among the pioneer graduates:
- Certainly Djengetey, the 1st SRC President
- Esther Appah, the 2nd and first female SRC President
- Bernard Akowuah, the 3rd SRC President
